Recently I have been attending numerous market events, I have been meeting with other small businesses and helping raise money for charities. As time goes on I would like to keep attending the markets and spreading the word about not only the work we do here at Fairytale Party Visits but also about spreading the word events purpose. The events that I have attended recently have been: Noahs Ark Childrens Hospice, this is a charity organisation that help life-threatening/life-limiting conditions across the North, Herts Valley and central London. New Year New Stuff...

Image
I hope all your new years took off with a bang (no pun intended), Mine certainly has! With the new year I feel fresh with new ideas and plans for the coming year of FPV. I have now got a collection of story books, tiaras and sweets ready for more parties to come this year. A stunning new Glitter Party box ready for all the parties ahead filled with new tattoos, new hairclips, new nail varnishes (non toxic) and face gems! which will be a fantastic addition to the glitter and pamper party package! I have more and more characters slowly being added to the list like Alice and Mad Hats! I even have an animal themed party coming up this year. I also am making a Magical introduction soon to a Unicorn Princess. I have noticed a large increase in Princess Peach themed parties (presumably in anticipation of the new film) as well as Barbie and female superhero characters... is this some characters I may have to look into getting? Let me know of any you may want! I am also slowly progressing on

The Christmas House

To those who know me, I am sure that you know how fondly I talk of my memories at The Christmas House in Croxley Green. For those who are unaware, where have you been!? The Christmas House was a house located in Croxley Green, every year they decorated the house in thousands of Christmas lights, people from both near and far would come to this house and attend the festivities they had. So much money was raised for numerous charities thanks to the Christmas house, I am so sad that the Christmas house is no longer a part of our yearly activities as not only do you raise money for charity, but the family that ran it are the kindest people I had ever met.  The Story The Christmas House in Croxley was a house owned by Carol and Dave Edwards who for 42 years decorated their house in thousands of Christmas lights. To many in Croxley Green, they were known as Mr and Mrs Christmas. They were loved by many and helped make dreams come true for so many children. They were celebrities for the famil

A bit about me...

Hi, my name is Chloe, I have been working for FPV for six years. I have recently taken on the company from the previous owner who started the company back in 2013. When I was young, I loved princesses, fairies and magic. When the opportunity arose for me to join the FPV group I didn't hesitate. The first party I attended was in Rickmansworth for a 6-year-old girl, I was The Little Mermaid and had an absolute blast, from that moment on I knew that this was a job that I would love.  I have attended/hosted so many parties, some have certainly stayed with me... I will be posting blogs about the past and future parties I have/will attend/attended; the highs, lows and funny parts of being a princess is what makes my job so different to any other and I think that it would be a shame for some of these moments to be something only I experience!  Feel free to come back, check in and see what else I post, who knows, maybe one of your parties will make a feature!
